Teaching is more than imparting knowledge; it is inspiring change. Five years at Institute of Nursing Education and Paramedical Sciences have given me a lot of exposure and immense opportunities to exhibit my potentials in inspiring change among students. Principal and all faculty members have always guided me in improving my skills and knowledge. They all are focused towards welfare and overall development of students. The institute not only imparts effective nursing education, but also helps the teachers to explore their ideas, creativity and confidence which help them to get success in future. With co-operative faculty and management we work here as a team to fulfill the ideology and motive of the institute.
