Teaching Learning Reforms Facilitated By The Internal Quality Assurance Cell :

Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is formulated in year 2019 for monitoring quality parameters in INE & Paramedical Sciences. IQAC serves as as effective & efficient internal coordinating & monitoring mechanism. The cell has been diligiently involved in helping the administration & other committees by offering valuable suggestions & measures in order to have consistency in maintaining quality of nursing education.

The key points laid down as the IQAC's are :

• Facilitating regular update of knowledge by the staff.
• Improvement of learning resourses.  
• Enhancing faculty knowledge and skills for quality enhancement in spheres of teaching, learning, research and proper documentation.
• Encouraging publications.
• Obtaining and analyzing feedback from stakeholders.
• Developing quality benchmarks.
• Information dissemination to all sections of the university.
• Academic documentation.
• Optimization of talents of students and faculty.

Aims :

• Improve academic & administrative performance of the institution.
• Monitor quality parameters of college through internal & external audits.
• Optimize, integrate & monitor innovative teaching, learning and evaluation methods.
• Maintain quality sustenance & enhancement activities throughout academic year.
• Promote innovative practices related to all aspects of nursing education.
• Ensure adequacy, maintenance & functioning of support structures. 

Objectives :

• To develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
• To performance measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
