Education is not just about learning. It is a way to train one's mind to think and express his/ her thoughts efficiently. Being associated with Institute of Nursing Education and Paramedical Sciences, I have experienced one change in my life i.e. "I am learning everyday" I am happy and contended because I get new things to work upon and improvise everyday. 8 years here has been a wonderful teaching-learning journey. As a teacher and co-ordinator I try to inculcate the values and develop a sense of responsibility among students and staff. With co-operative faculty and management we work here as a team to fulfill the ideology and motive of the institute.
